How does shipping work?

Each product is handcrafted ethically with the highest standard. This means that your order can take 1-2 weeks to arrive. Please don't panic if it doesn't show up immediately, it's on its way.
We ship worldwide, no matter where you are you can buy from us. Standard orders arrive to your front door in 5-15 business days depends on your location.
You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships.
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, orders will be processed, and cancellation requests cannot be accommodated. Thank you for your understanding.
We overpack our products to ensure they arrive in great condition. Shipping damage happens on small number of orders. Please contact us immediately if your items are damaged so we can expedite a replacement.
